SPREAD THE WORD.....IT'S FINALLY HERE!
6 AM CLASS!
Effective this Monday the 9th we will be starting a new 6am class. We have had multiple requests, so here it is! All you early birds spread the word! CROSSFIT, I can't think of a better way to start the day!
Also
Effective immediately, we will no longer be offering the 6:30 PM class. This will remain in effect until further notice.
