i went and got an oil change at ez lube today(sunday) in murrieta and they know me there, then they saw my cutting edge crossfit sticker on my truck and asked if justus was my husband! hahaha ;) too funny

First...LOVED the 6 am WoD!!!! So nice to have it done so early! Thank you to Chrissy for all the individual attention! :) and the dip advice...will be working those every day!
So: 4x800's: 4:09, 4:14, 4:37, 4:28. Room for improvement! :) also got 2 unassisted kipping pullups 1st round of warm ups, then 3, then 5! Did the rest of each set with the red band.
Got the kids off to school and came back for KB's...which were killer! But I did all those swings with the 20 kg!
Then...(I'm thinking it was the cup of coffee I had between the WoD and KBs!!! I'm thinking I don't care how non-Paleo it is, I need it!)...tried kickboxing for the first time and LOVED it! thank you so much to Robert for teaching me everything and making it so fun! and thanks to Georgia for doing it with us!!!
See you guys tomorrow, if I can walk! Planning on the 6 am again...anybody want to join me...?

Awesome job (on all of your workouts today)Jen! Congrats on your kips...what a feeling!
You better start getting to bed early so you can get enough sleep...:) for those 6am classes. What time do you get up and what do you eat before a workout that early?
I won't be joining you at 6am any time sooooon.
Have eto keep Kendall home again tomorrow - not sure I will make the Filthy Fifty.

We went the first 2 rounds one way then for change of scenery changed directions and went the other direction.
I'm with you Stephanie no 6:00 for me either.

I did the 5K today on a treadmill on the randon setting in 25:40.
I then made a WOD called "JAN", which was
21 15 9 Reps of
40# DB Thruster and push ups
5:15 rx : )
