I am wayyyyyy out of shape from falling off the wagon the last month but I am trying to come back so this was a good WOD for me and I pushed myself.

400 Meter Run
50 squats
Four rounds for a time of: 13:31
Lower back hurt alot today from deadlifts and my lower back condition that just makes my back hurt worse anyway.
Needed to do some deeper squats at times and keep my feet apart alittle further, but that came from the stabbing in my back.
Loved being outside today, we might as well as long as the weather is beautiful.
