FILTHY 50! Just did it on Sunday, 26:27... I sub'd a 25# single plate thruster for wall balls... I think I could of done better so I'm excited to give it another shot!

Yes, Jen, I agree. In fact the picture captures me about to throw a ball at his head for having the temerity to show his chiseled physique. I missed of course, but nobody seemed to notice...which is why you've probably not heard of this incident.

hahahaha!!!!! Bob...you are too funny! You must come to a 6 am wod and make us laugh!

OK...first off! YEAH for the 6 am crew! whoot-hoot! I was all mentally prepared to do the fifty filthy on my own...was gonna make Chrissy stay in my face the whole time! But as I pulled up...cars! yeah! The new girls were there! and then.....bum bum bum....Victor!!!!! We rocked it! Good job everyone! Especially Kelly and Erika and Allison! This is a pretty good wod to pull at the beginning!

Time: 34:48 (21" box jumps (YES!!!), 1 pood swings, good knees to elbows!, 45# pp...started wall balls with 14#, and dropped to 12# when I felt my shoulder twinge. I guess that makes sense, considering wall balls was were my shoulder first started acting up...I guess it's catching the weight overhead that does it for me.)

Last time I did this on 4-28, it was 18" box, 12 kg swings, 35# pp, knees to ???? mid groin??? haha!, 10# ball, and those double unders took me 1/2 the time of the entire wod! Yeah, Crossfit!!!!!

OK Let me just say woohoo! to the 6am crew! Everything was fabulous! The WOD, Chrissy (Thank you so much for doing the 6am),the crew Jen,Victor,Allison & Kerry, all so supportive and encouraging! Lovin' it!
Time:40:44 (18' box jumps,12k swings,need to work on the knees to elbows it was more knees to everywhere, 35# pp,10# wall balls, 250 single jumps!

15# Wall ball

Victor, Victor, Victor, I did everything you did today except I used the 15# ball. The older woman in the group beat you today. Are you feeling ok? AND it was my first time doing this. lol :)
Anyway we missed you at the 9:00 workout

Angela you did amazing today with your new time. Great jobs to Kenna, Shelby and of course Justus who beat his time I think by 2 min. Wow--what an accomplishment to all. Can't wait to see what tomorrow is. ha ha

Good job all julieann nice you did beat my time but I think the 6am crew should get a time adjustment just being up at that time : ).. No excuses my time is what my time us had a great time this morning with my new friends and trainer. Again just messing with my 9 o'clock group love ya all see u 2morrow.

I agree with Victor that the 6 am crew gets a handicap for having the gumption to be up that early!

early is not the problem for me, its the cold. i might be there this monday at 6am cuz ive got to be in LA early that day, but ill probably do more 6am classes next summer! I LOVE THE HEAT!
