Last time 7/31 I used the blue band and did push ups on my knees.
Was a fun workout with everyone there today. Great job Victor you cranked them out.

9 full rounds and 2 additional pull ups.
Cindy History:
2/9 - 2nd Metcon Wod for me...2 of the black bands (yes, TWO)for pull ups and bands for push ups on my knees..I bet no one has seen that before: 9 rounds
5/15 - green band pull ups and knees for push ups: 10.778
It is crazy how your body does get stronger and that you are able to do so much more than you thought you were capable of doing from when you 1st start.
Great job everyone! So proud of everone today!

Had a good time this morning with all felt good this morning. did Cindy on 08-31-09 then 12 plus 4 pullups. today I was able to do 18rnds plus 5 and 5 pushups. next time i will brake the 20 mark. Great job all.

first time was 17 rounds with green band, second was 16 rounds with blue band...and I'm most proud of today's 9 rounds!!!!!! though my poor oozing hands don't love me so much! ha!
