Push Jerk 5- (All 3 same weight)

was trying to get to the 10:30 class after my class ended at 10:15 on Hwy 79. Just didn't work today. Did it at home instead. boy...I really need to get some 1/2 pound plates for the presses! Had 73#, but could only go up in 5# increments from there, and I SO didn't have 78! :)

Press: 65-70-73-78(F)/73-73
Push Press: 68-73-78-83-88
Push Jerk: 73-78-83-88-93(F)/88

Also did 5x15 of 75# deadlifts to work on form.

push jerk- had problem with my form; identified needed to work on shoulder flexibility
