Nice little workout. Did #135 on the back squats (75% was 142.5). For the WOD I carried #35 DB. The farmers walk really got my forearms. UGH. I wanted to put the weights on my shoulders, but knew that would defeat the purpose. 7:49 for my time. Had to rush out. Later, Lynn
