I lost many brothers on 911. I have lost many since then. Those who continue to fight for this country so that we may live in peace in the free world are to be honored. I wish to help those who make it back. The mental and physical challenges that they face on a daily basis are many times uncomprehendable, but they are soldiers, warriors that are unfamiliar with the words....give up.
On September 25, 2010 I will be joining forces with my Crossfit family worldwide. We will push ourselves through the pain and suffering of a workout that we call "Fight Gone Bad". This pain and suffering is only a small fraction of what so many warriors deal with day-in, day-out. My pain and suffering will only last for 17 minutes, they have to live with theirs. This is my small way to help ease that pain and suffering. Please help me to help our warriors.
This is also dedicated to my father, David Lynn Norgord who left me way too early at the young age of 56. My dad was one of many victims of this disease that we call cancer. I love and miss you dad..........
Thank you from the absolute bottom of my heart.

Hi Justus,
I am your father, Dave's cousin, Donna. Your Aunt Terry and I are great friends, and e-mail on a weekly basis. I don't have Facebook, twitter or tweet, but I was researching my father, your grandpa Ken's brother, and I came across your name. If you are interested in receiving a copy of the Norgord's illustrious family tree, let me know. I have discovered many famous and infamous great grandfathers in my 33 year research. You may contact me by going through your Aunt Terry to get my e-mail address, since I don't feel comfortable posting that info.
I like your website very much, and I think this will help many people who are dealing with life's ups and downs.
With blessings,
Donna
